The Costalegre, located between Puerto Vallarta and Manzanillo on the Pacific coast, is Mexico's least developed resort area - by design. This is Mexico's ecological destination of spectacular and untouched natural beauty with only a handful of eco-friendly, high-end resorts set within their own nature reserves that were created by visionary hoteliers, including Casas Careyes and Las Alamandas.
