Monster Trucks Coming to Puerto Vallarta March 3rd

February 22, 2013
Scheduled to take place on the Armando Villaseñor esplanade in Las Mojoneras from 3 pm to 8:30 pm, this action-packed event will provide a full afternoon of family fun for just $150 pesos.

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - On Sunday, March 3rd, Puerto Vallarta will host a charity event featuring one of the most popular extreme sports in the world - Monster Trucks. Scheduled to take place on the Armando Villaseñor esplanade in Las Mojoneras from 3 pm to 8:30 pm, this action-packed event will provide a full afternoon of family fun.

You'll thrill to the sight of these Monsters crushing smaller vehicles beneath their huge tires and executing 'donuts,' wheelstands, amazing jumps, and acrobatic leaps.

But wait, there's more! This adrenaline filled afternoon of excitement will also include a Moto-Cross exhibition by Johnny and Rasta Palafox, a Pit Bull presentation, a Low-Rider Car Show, a Rap Battle, Body Painting and Bikini contests, and more - all for just $150 pesos for adults and $130 pesos for children.

Organized by Oscar Padilla with the support of the Puerto Vallarta City Council, a portion of the event's proceeds will be donated to Proyecto Pitillal, Busca un Amigo AC, a non-profit child care and rehabilitation facility that provides underprivileged children afflicted by cerebral palsy with free rehabilitation, medical services, nutritious diets, and special care.

Founded by Silvia Peña Hernández, the growing center is operated primarily by volunteers and professionals who donate their services, as well as sponsors, who provide the center with the children's nutritional needs. However, even with the effort of all the personnel, volunteers and parents, their still aren't enough funds to take care of all the children's therapy needs. For further information or to make a donation, call (322) 299-4495.
