Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Enjoy exquisite dining and dancing under the stars during Latin Night at Si Señor Garden Restaurant in downtown Puerto Vallarta, on Thursday, March 28th from 6:00 to 11:00 pm.
Dance the night away with live music from Havy Rodriguez from 7 to 10 pm. He is known for playing a variety of styles including merengue, salsa, cha-cha, cumbia, flamenco and more. All high energy and a lot of fun.
To celebrate everything Latin, the restaurant has put together an exceptional evening including a special menu featuring food from Latin American countries. A new member of the team is Chef José Trinidad Vargas born and raised in Puerto Vallarta and he specializes in Mexico-Maya cuisine.
Starter Choices
• Squash Flower Soup (Mexico) - A rich blend that includes rosemary, cilantro, onion, garlic, and tomato
• Seafood Parihuela (Peru) - Shrimp, calamari, mussels and scallops tossed with white wine, bell peppers, oregano and olive oil
Main Course Choices
• Red Snapper Filet (Puerto Rico) - Sautéed and topped with Mango Curry Sauce made with garlic, serrano pepper, garlic and onion, served with Cuban style rice
• Tampiqueña (Mexico) - Grilled flank steak served with onions, cheese quesadilla with mole, guacamole

• Fried Ice Cream (Mexico) - pistachio covered with corn
Expand your culinary horizons by attending this special evening. Latin American cuisine includes many foods, drinks, cooking styles and cultures found in many countries across the western hemisphere. This includes The Caribbean, Cuba, Belize, Costa Rica, Brazil and Peru, just to name a few. All areas have distinct flavors but typical dishes include maize-based and various salsas and condiments like guacamole and pico de gallo.
Each area has its own distinct style, and Si Señor is offering up a few varieties.
