Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - The International Friendship Club (IFC) is known for the many excellent classes and lectures it presents at the IFC Clubhouse each season. They offer a variety of subjects and speakers with impressive credentials.
Bonnie Jauregui is no exception. She will present her workshop on Nutrition on Wednesday, March 20th at 10 am at the IFC Clubhouse. "Nutrition and Cancer" will explore the different ways our diet influences our risk for developing cancer and how diet effects our health.
An $80 peso donation is asked of IFC members who wish to attend the informative workshop, and a $100 peso donation will be asked for non-members. There will be an open question period after the lecture.
About Bonnie Jauregui
Bonnie was born in Tucson, Arizona. She has a Bachelors degree in Nutritional Sciences and a Masters in Arts of Teaching from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. She has lectured on nutrition at the ITESM (one of Mexico's major private universities) and has worked as a nutritionist for the Diet Center in Texas. Ms. Jauregui also offers private nutritional counseling.
