Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Get some hot buns into your life. The Deli in Daiquiri Dick's restaurant "rolls" in customers everyday with the aroma of fresh baked goods. The crew works overnight to prepare bagels, croissants, baguettes, loaves of crusty bread, and more. This is the only fine dining restaurant in town with a full-service deli and bakery located right inside!

Their bakery staff also bakes all the bread sticks, sandwich buns, English muffins, and cinnamon rolls which are served at Daiquiri Dick's, so some of the bread items which are not on The Deli's menu can still be ordered.

"Part of our philosophy is to make everything from scratch," says owner Tari Bowman. "This is what sets our restaurant apart from all of the others and gives our clients a superb dining experience."

The Deli first opened its doors in January 2007 at another location - it quickly became the city's gourmet hot spot. In October 2011 it moved inside of Daiquiri Dick's Restaurant, which is located on the corner of Olas Altas and Venustiano Carranza, in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's Zona Romantica. It's easy to stop by for a meal or grab a sandwich to go.

From the beginning, management brought in a professional to knead the recipes for a worldly palate. Over 15 upper crusty creations have been introduced. A passion for the work is reflected in the dough. The team bakes hundreds of items every week - baskets of bagels, cinnamon rolls, and scones line the counter along with baguettes, focaccia, bread sticks, and whole wheat loaves.

The Deli uses only fresh ingredients. They do not use preservatives, nor do they incorporate dough enhancers, emulsifiers, conditioners, and other additives to speed up the fermentation process, rather they allow it occur naturally. Every product is super fresh and tasty.
