Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - They say "all good things must come to an end," but I have always hated that expression, always asking, "why?"
Becas Breakfasts, since their inception several years ago, have been very good things; raising money to fund the educations of Vallarta's young people of limited resources as well as providing excellent food, great ambiance, and a chance to chat with old friends and meet new ones.
The Becas Breakfasts are by no means coming to an end, only a pause for the summer season. Coco is promising an incredible breakfast for the April 17th event with your choice of three entrees: Fresh Fruit Plate with choice of yogurt or cottage cheese; Mexican Omelet of two eggs, chorizo, onions, tomato served with choice of refried beans or mixed green salad with guava dressing; or Stuffed French Toast with orange marmalade & cream cheese, served with fresh fruit. All are augmented with coffee, tea, or milk and her famous corn bread or biscuits.
Becas members will be selling raffle tickets and you may win one of the fabulous prizes donated by these and many other local supporters:
• FlorArt
• La Palapa
• Mary Ellis

This will be a chance for the many Los Bambinos aficionados to enjoy their incredible musical talent as well as a way to say thank you to them for their constant support of Becas Vallarta.

You can also email vicars(at)gmail.com or contact any Becas’ member. Becas and Coco want this seasonal pause in Becas Breakfasts to be so good that you join me in believing "Not all good things must come to an end!"
