In her third season at the Market, she has decorated and sold over 2000 pairs of artisan sandals. If you're striving to create the perfect cup o' Joe, then be sure to visit the husband and wife team of Thomas Burris and Yolanda Madera. Together, they own Café Yolanda Superior del Pacifico, an organic coffee company that brings the fresh aroma and natural flavors to coffee lovers. In the 1990s, the duo started selling coffee from their Vallarta-based café. Today, they sell hot coffee and bagged organic coffee beans across from Nacho Daddy every Saturday.

"We source our coffee from a number of local growers," says Madera. This includes organically grown capomo, a coffee substitute. "We hull and roast the beans, then grind it to make a superior taste that is enjoyed with each cup."
