• Baby Back Ribs in a Honey Hoisin Sauce, served with Pureed Gingered Sweet Potato and Green Beans

• "Drunken Pasta" with Shrimp or Chicken and Salsa "Negra" with Onions, Sweet Bell Peppers and Thai Basil
