Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - The temperatures are heating up and so is the kitchen at Daiquiri Dick's Restaurant in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The Summer Sizzle has begun. Enjoy a three course meal for only $299 pesos and there are choices for each course, which includes a mouth watering appetizer, an irresistible entrée and a delectable dessert.

The Summer Sizzle menu will be changed every week and the special will run through the end of August. The weekly theme could be a country like Japan or Spain, a region like the Mediterranean, or there could be a medley of flavors offered. It is time to take your taste buds on a world tour - without ever leaving Puerto Vallarta.

This week's menu features the flavors of Italy, and Chef Ignacio Uribe and his team have come up with some great dishes.

• Caprese Salad Skewers with Mozzarella Cheese, Cherry Tomatoes and Basil
• Shrimp Salad with Cannellini Beans and Mint Oil
• Pizza de la Casa with Goat Cheese, Basil and Fresh Tomato Sauce

• Red Snapper Fillets in "Crazy Water" with Tomato, Garlic, Olive Oil and Grilled Bread
• Osso Bucco with Horseradish Gremolata served with Polenta
• Fusilli with Shrimp in a Lemon Butter Sauce

• Triple-Cheese Cheesecake with Amaretti Crust
• Balsamic Strawberries with Strawberry Sorbet
