Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Basilio Badillo may have seen a lot of changes over the last 25 years, but it's always been known as one of Vallarta's best shopping areas. And it just keeps getting better! Starting Friday, November 15th, the beautiful bougainvillea-lined street in the heart of Old Town will welcome the return of the South Side Shuffle!

Now in its fourth year, the South Side Shuffle transforms the always bustling street into a sensory delight. Every other Friday from 6 to 10 pm, you will find friends, neighbors, and strolling musicians wandering up and down Basilio Badillo and stopping in to visit the 18 participating businesses that offer refreshments and a festive shopping environment.

One of the most popular stops along the way is Claire and Joe Guarniere's Galleria Dante. Featuring artwork by more than 50 artists, ranging from museum quality masterpieces to works created by emerging Mexican artists, Galleria Dante is the largest and most eclectic art gallery in Puerto Vallarta.

Below are the 2013/2014 Southside Shuffle dates, including a list of the artists Galleria Dante will be showcasing every other Friday from 6-10 pm:

While you are there, be sure to check out Di Vino Dante Wine & Tapas Bar, a new addition to the old hacienda that houses Galleria Dante and the gallery's sculpture garden. The brainchild of Joe and Claire's daughter, Gena Guarniere, Di Vino Dante focuses primarily on Mexican Wine, and Gena is enthusiastic about introducing people to, and educating them on, these fine wines. Though the grand opening isn't scheduled to take place until November 22nd, this chic wine and tapas bar is now open every Monday through Saturday from 4-11 pm.
