Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - The art of reinvention is showcased at Daiquiri Dick's Restaurant on Los Muertos Beach in Puerto Vallarta's Zona Romantica. They have opened 'The Lounge,' in the space formerly occupied by The Deli.

They want to celebrate their new space by throwing a party. On Friday, February 7, 2014, 5 to 7 pm. There will be live music by some of the area's most loved musicians, Lenin Lopez, Beata Stankiewicz, Enrique Jimenez and Jorge Acosta. Enjoy a free welcome drink and complimentary passed appetizers.

The new Lounge is intended to expand upon the typical Puerto Vallarta restaurant experience. Start your evening with a cocktail at sunset listening to the New Age piano music of Antonio LeComte, or enjoy one of of those amazing Mexican coffee drinks. The remodel includes comfortable sofa seating, low tables, subdued lighting and an extended snack menu. Many appetizers from the regular menu are included along with some new, soon-to-be favorites among clients. You can also order off of the dessert menu.

Kick back and enjoy the live background music by some of the city's most popular musicians on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 7:30 to 9:30 pm featuring Lenny Lopez, Jorge Acosta, a combination of them, or other great players. Or drop by during the sunset hours for a cocktail or a glass of wine and listen to the New Age piano music of Antonio Lecomte. A great place to go before or after the theater.

Daiquiri Dick's has an extensive wine list highlighting selections from Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Italy and the United States. The mixologists create an array of libations from the full bar, including the award-winning Margarita Linda, martinis and tropical drinks.

DD’s Lounge is a great place to hang out and is open from 9:00 am for coffee and sweet breads to 11:00 pm everyday.
