Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Part time resident and serious enthusiast of Puerto Vallarta, designer Louise Mann, has opened a fabulous and unique design gallery in the heart of Old Town. Louise has been coming to Mexico from California for 30 years and has always found it to be a great source of creativity.
Incorporating evolving design ideas and collaborating with local artisans, Louise has found an original vision... Mannmade Mexico hopes to provide Puerto Vallarta with ongoing exhibitions from every media. The gallery space will be rotating unique furniture, fixtures, textiles and other treasures - all made in Mexico, of course.
On Wednesday, March 12th, the gallery will feature an exhibit by part time Sayulita resident and internationally acclaimed photographer Anne Menke as part of their grand opening reception.
Anne has travelled the world as a professional photographer for a variety of important publications, affording her the opportunity to make her personal work in exotic locations. Living part time in Mexico and part time in New York City, she has found a way to bring design, fashion, and fine art together, which is also fit for Mannmade Mexico.
Working and living in Sayulita, Anne has become integrally involved with the community and has helped to create the Costa Verde International School, an ecological, community-oriented, multi-cultural, and bilingual private school located in Sayulita, where a portion of the proceeds from the show will go.
Please join us at from 6 pm until 9 pm on Wednesday, March 12 to celebrate the opening of Mannmade Mexico, Guerrero #339 in downtown Puerto Vallarta, where you'll delight in a rich body of work by a gifted artist.
