Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - One of the most elegant restaurants in Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone, Kaiser Maximilian, is celebrating 19 years of fine dining. Join the anniversary festivities and enjoy the special value menu during Restaurant Week - and beyond!

This "very European" restaurant is offering three courses for only $299 pesos and you get to choose from almost the entire menu, which is extensive.

"I would like to welcome all of our long-time clients to our anniversary," says Andreas Rupprechter, Owner. "And I hope this promotion encourages others to try the restaurant for the first time." Vallarta Restaurant Week runs May 15-31st, but at Kaiser Maximilian you can enjoy their special value menu until June 6, 2014.

Executive Chef Juan Carlos Palomera has perfected many recipes over his tenure at the restaurant. He has been there since the beginning.

Appetizer choices include, a crab cake with avocado purée and a tequila lime glaze; spinach strudel with mixed greens and tomatoes; and ravioli with fennel filling topped with prosciutto, wild mushroom and tarragon sauce, just to name a few.

Here are a few of the main courses, beef tenderloin drizzled with a creamy gorgonzola sauce and served with au gratin potatoes and grilled vegetables; braised rabbit mixed with papardelle noodles topped with a Pinot Noir sauce, vegetable macedoine and parmesan reggiano; and Wienerschnitzel, which is breaded pork loin with potatoes and an Austrian salad.

Known for their desserts, the tough decision will be between seven irresistible temptations. A peanut butter chocolate cup; a warm chocolate bourbon tart with pecans and topped with vanilla ice cream; a fried crepe with peach cream and flambé cherries, are just a few of the decadent delights you can choose.
