Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - The Summer Sizzle Menu event kicks off at Daiquiri Dick's Restaurant on June 4th with the Flavors of Asia. You get three courses for $299 pesos and choices for each course. Each week there is a different menu, so you can take your taste buds around the world... without leaving Puerto Vallarta!

Executive Chef Ignacio Uribe and his kitchen team have been working on all the sensational dishes they will be preparing. This week's menu features the flavors of Asia focusing on Thailand and Vietnam. The restaurant's regular a la carte menu is available.

• Siu Mai with Pork and Shrimp served with a Gingered Soy Sauce
• Thai Spicy-Garlicky Steamed Mussels
• Coconut Soup with Lemongrass and Shrimp

• White Fish Fillet with Bacon, Oyster Sauce and Ginger, served over Steamed Rice
• Thai Style Barbecued Chicken with Rice
• Drunken Pasta with Shrimp and Salsa Negra with Onions, Sweet Bell Peppers & Thai Basil

• Coconut Flan

The Summer Sizzle menu will be changed every week, and the special will run through the end of August. The weekly theme will be a country, like France or Spain, or a region, like the Mediterranean - or there could be a medley, making this summer a great time to take your taste buds on a world tour.
