Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Calling all animal lovers! Join fellow feline supporters at Daiquiri Dick's Restaurant from 5:30 to 7:30 pm on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 for the PuRR Project Happy Hour fund raiser.

You'll enjoy creative cocktails, a splendiferous array of hors d'oeuvres, and a front-row seat for one of Puerto Vallarta's fabulous sunsets on Daiquiri Dick's outdoor deck - all for a good cause!

PuRR Project is a no-kill feline shelter located on one-half acres of land just north of Puerto Vallarta. Right now the shelter houses more than 130 cats. The adults roam free within a fenced garden, giving them a natural and safe environment in which to live. The kittens have their own nursery, which is an enclosed structure with an open-air patio. The sanctuary also has a clinic for surgeries and veterinary care.

Monies raised at the Happy Hour fund raiser will help cover PuRR Project's operating expenses which includes vet care, spaying and neutering, food, kitty litter, and facility maintenance.

Included in the $300 pesos ticket price will be live entertainment by Muruno, and a raffle for outstanding prizes like two signed Marta Gilbert prints, gift certificates for a Mexican cooking class and a food tasting and cultural walking tour, a beautiful garment donated by Sucesos Boutique, a gorgeous piece of jewelry designed and donated by June Rosen Lopez, a romantic dinner for two on the beach, and so much more!
