Executive Chef Ignacio Uribe and his team have developed a menu reminiscent of a French café. Dinner is served from 5 to 11 pm, and here's what you can order:

• Tomato Soup with Shallots, Cognac and Grilled Cheese

• French Onion Soup with Veal Stock, French Baguette Crouton and Gruyere Cheese

• Butter Lettuce Salad with a Mustard Vinaigrette, Blue Cheese, Green Beans and Caramelized Pecans

Entrées

• Pan Seared Escolar Fish Filet with Brown Butter Sauce and Lemon Infused Risotto

• Pistachio Crusted Rack of Lamb served with Scalloped Potatoes, French Green Beans and Pistachio Sauce

• Linguine with Shrimp, Artichokes, Capers, Parsley, White Wine Lemon Beurre Blanc Sauce

Desserts

• French Apple Tart
• Opera Cake
