Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - It's hard to believe that The Red Room Cabaret has only been offering shows for 2 entertainment seasons. This venue, located at Act II Stages in Puerto Vallarta's Zona Romantica, is viewed as an outstanding purveyor of quality entertainment, having brought in performers such as Lorna Luft (Judy Garland's daughter) and Roslyn Kind (Barbra Streisand's sister), both amazing singers in their own right.

Due to overwhelming demand, The Red Room Cabaret has extended more shows into April plus added a few new acts as well. This means all you 'Snowbirds' still have time to see some outstanding entertainment before leaving Vallarta for your northern destinations - and all of us locals have a lot to look forward to this month!

Kim Kuzma and band have regularly sold out their Acustico Sunday shows in The Red Room this season. The band includes Bob Tanson on flute, Roberto Falcon on bass, Enrique Jimenez on drums, and Fernando Hernandez and Eduardo Leon on guitar. There's only ONE MORE SHOW LEFT - Sunday, April 5th at 7:30 pm. Kim wishes to extend her thanks and appreciation to all her Vallarta fans for their love and support! Paul Fracassi with his Walk Like A Man show, extends his run in Vallarta with Walk Like A Man and his Tribute to the Legends of the 50's and 60's show. With a four octave range and extraordinary energy and stage presence, Paul Fracassi has been delivering electrifying performances over the past month at The Red Room. He was a former Canadian Idol Top 20 Finalist and has performed on stage with The Beach Boys. Relive the 50's and 60's through the Music of Elvis, Frankie Valli, Frank Sinatra, Davy Jones, Buddy Holly, Bobby Darin and more! 'Walk Like A Man' encore shows will be performed in The Red Room on April 4 and 8. Paul's Legends Of The 50's and 60's show will open April 11th in the Main Stage Theater, with two additional shows on April 15 & 18th.

Elviz Martinez opens his new show, An Evening with Elviz Martinez, Come Fly With Me in The Red Room for three shows only. Musical Director Bob Bruneau at the piano joins Elvis for these shows. Elviz is a performer and co-star in the smash hit Forever Plaid that is currently playing on The Main Stage of Act II. Last year he debuted his first concert at Act II to sold-out crowds. Elviz Martinez will be performing 'Come Fly With Me' on April 10 & 17 at 7:30 pm.

Rob Knight has dazzled audiences this season with his matinee performance of Forever Elvis each Wednesday at 4 pm. His show moves to Thursdays at 7:30 pm all summer at The Red Room. Rob most enjoys singing the songs of Elvis' 1968 Comeback TV Special and the unforgettable Aloha and Las Vegas Concerts. As an Elvis Tribute Artist, Rob is honored to pay tribute to the most significant entertainer of all time, the King of Rock & Roll... ELVIS PRESLEY.

Armi Grano and The Viva Jazz Trio will entertain live at The Red Room on April 8th at 7:30 pm. Armi is a 'treasure' of the Bucerías music scene. Save that trip to Bucerías and see her wonderful performance in Puerto Vallarta's Zona Romantica.

On April 11, 18 and 25th, The Red Room features local artist, Joan Houston in All That Jazz with musical director Bob Bruneau at the piano. This is sure to be a fabulous show!

Elizabeth Ensor along with David Lyons and accompanied by musical director and pianist Bob Bruneau, present Swinging on A Star on April 24th and 26th at 7 pm. This show features the music of Johnny Mercer and Jimmy Van Heusen. These two powerhouses wrote for Hollywood, Broadway, and dominated the world of popular music from the 30's through the 70's. Frank Sinatra recorded over 70 songs by Jimmy Van Heusen; including Come, Fly With Me and Ain't That a Kick in the Head.

Act II Entertainment's Encore Piano Bar will host Bob's Karaoke Party every Wednesday night at 8 pm over the summer. This is a great way to spend a summer evening with good friends and hear some local talent.

On The Main Stage of Act II Entertainment, Forever Plaid, the heavenly musical, is taking Vallarta by storm and breaking all box office records. You'll be humming along with the great nostalgic pop hits of the 1950's and rolling in the aisles from the fabulous music and humor of The Plaids. This delightful musical features such hits as Sixteen Tons, Chain Gang, Three Coins in the Fountain, Perfidia, Cry, Catch a Falling Star, Day-O, Gotta Be This or That, Matilda, and Heart and Soul. The last performance of Forever Plaid was scheduled for April 4th, but encore shows have just been added on April 9, 14 and 21 at 7:00 pm.

Also playing on The Main Stage is The Voice Of Vallarta. Semi-finals begin this week with the top three fighting it out for the final. One thing is sure, The Voice of Vallarta is hotter than ever! Catch the excitement of Vallarta's favorite show at 8:00 pm on Sundays through the middle of April.

Act II Entertainment will continue to bring the highest level of entertainment to Puerto Vallarta throughout the Summer.
