Located next to the Los Arcos Amphitheater on the Malecón in El Centro, the Puerto Vallarta Navy Museum and Naval Historical Center has been dedicated to exhibiting and preserving Mexico's history and culture since 2006. In addition to naval and maritime exhibits, the museum often exhibits artistic collections by local, national and international artists and photographers.
