Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - The internationally inspired menu at Daiquiri Dick's is adding even more flare by having a weekly special a la carte dinner menu in addition to their regular menu. Take your taste buds on a world tour and you don't even have to leave Puerto Vallarta to do it. This week, it features a variety of World Flavors.

Executive Chef Ignacio Uribe, Sous Chef Hugo Mejia and Sous Chef Rogelio Garcia have created dishes with authentic flavors but with new twists. The menu runs through March 6, 2016, and dinner is served from 5 to 11 pm.

• Peruvian Style Ceviche with Mahi Mahi, Sweet Potato, Corn and Habanero Chile
• Grilled Octopus with Lemon Sauce
• Arugula Salad with Grilled Grapes, Almonds, Mushrooms and Celery, topped with a Cherry Tomato Vinaigrette

Main Courses

• Peruvian Style Chicken Adobado with a Jalapeño Sauce, served over Grilled Vegetables

• Linguine with Artichokes, Shrimp, Capers, Parsley and a White Wine Beurre Blanc Sauce

• Grilled Fresh Sea Bass with Miso~Gochujang Glaze served on a bed of Steamed Rice, Napa Cabbage, Carrots and Green Beans

Desserts

• Baklava - Classic Phyllo Pastry with Almonds
• Molten Chocolate Cake
