Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - On Friday, December 9th at 5 pm, Sea Monkey Restaurant will be hosting the Fourth Annual Pig Roast & Luau on the Beach to benefit PuRR Project. Tickets to this fun-filled charity event always go quickly, so get yours before they sell out!
"Come to a hukilau, where the laulau is the kaukau at the big luau!"
For just $400 pesos (about $20 USD), you'll enjoy a wonderful dinner on the beach, two drinks, fabulous entertainment and great raffle prizes. And, with a special Polynesian dance performance by Academia Danza de Moorea, this year's event promises to be PURR-fectly wonderful!
Those of you who attended the last three years will remember the buffet tables groaning under platters of grilled pork, corn on the cob, baked beans, cole slaw, fresh fruit, and a special 'kitty' dessert - this year's menu remains the same! Once again, the food and drink for this fun event will be generously donated by Troy Valens, owner of Sea Monkey, so all proceeds will benefit the 150+ cats now residing at the PuRR Project shelter.
Tickets are now available at the Sea Monkey, at the Purr Project adoption booth in front of Daiquiri Dick's Restaurant on Saturday mornings, or by emailing exkhan(at)usfamily.net. Don't miss out - get yours before they are gone!
Sea Monkey Restaurant is located on Los Muertos Beach at Aquiles Serdan on the south side of Puerto Vallarta.
PuRR Project is a Non-Profit shelter in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico that provides homeless cats and kittens a recuperative stay with the ultimate goal to adopt them out to loving homes. All of our residents have been sterilized, vaccinated and are disease free. We accomplish this through our own efforts as well as collaboratively with other animal welfare organizations. Both monetary donations as well as donations of dry cat food are most welcome – and much appreciated. For more information, visit PuRRProject.com or send an email to info(at)PurrProject.com.
