Say "adios" to 2016 on the No Way José! Terrace and "bienvenidos" to 2017 in the best No Way José! style. Our four-course artisan menu takes our signature Mexican contemporary presentations to a new level.

First course: La Linda: Cream of Zucchini Blossom soup served with finely sliced Diver scallops and a hint of raicilla.

Second course: Playitas: Salad of calamar stuffed with turkey ham, fresh vegetables and Panela cheese from El Tuito served on a bed of romaine and zucchini strips tossed in an inise and an Ollitas de Orendain Requila Vinaigrett.

Third course - your choice of:

• The Romantic: Red Snapper Filet with a cacao-curst on a bed of garlic-sauteed spinach, pine nuts and pecans served with savory beets and dressed in a cranberry sauce.

• The Dreamer: Beef filet stuffed with dates, wild mushrooms, sweet carrots & apples, wrapped in a mixiote and slow-baked in its own juices, served with agave honey caramelized asparagus.

Dessert: Decadent Trio: crunchy lemon pie, 3-chocolate brownie with a hint of mezcal and chipotle and caramel ice cream.

$1500 pesos per person includes this amazing four-course menu, live entertainment, a celebration kit, a champagne toast and fireworks at midnight!
