A tiny restaurant tucked into the Nima Bay Shoppes, with a few tables located on the sidewalk in front, 3Ktrinas is sure to become a new favorite on PV's restaurant scene.

Beautifully plated dishes infuse traditional Spanish tapas with a Mexican twist, that reflects the intertwining of Spanish and Mexican history. Spanish-style tortillas (a potato and egg quiche) share space on the menu next to a very Mexican Pork Pibil, served Yucatan-style.

Unsurprisingly, as Ernesto Paulsen, a well-known sculptor, is a co-owner, each plate resembles a work of art. Small bites with rich, nuanced sauces are certainly a feast for both the eyes and the palate.

Decorated in a rustic yet Mexican-hipster style, the restaurant's interior is charming, and features many of its namesake Katrinas, an important figure in Mexican culture.
