Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Vallarta Lifestyles Media Group has officially begun preparations for the 13th edition of Restaurant Week. The aim is to keep this prestigious culinary event among the most successful of the year, just as it has been since its establishment in 2005.

Restaurant Week provides tourists and locals with the opportunity to enjoy special three-course menus at very affordable prices - discounted by up to 50% from regular prices - for 17 days. Restaurant Week menu pricing is determined by each restaurant, but prices for this year will remain at $229 or $349 pesos. Tips and beverages are not included.

For the last 12 years, the event has served as an excellent calling card for new restaurants and an effective promotional strategy for renowned, long-established restaurants aiming to keep their brands in the minds of potential customers. Last year, 41 restaurants in both Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit joined Vallarta Restaurant Week. A similar, if not higher, participation is expected for this 13th edition.
