Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico - Casa Karma Boutique Resort is excited to announce their Fourth Annual Corazón de Niña Fundraiser, a unique gourmet "Picnic Under the Stars," on Friday, March 31 at 7:00 pm.

This event celebrates the end of a great season of fundraising for the foundation that provides a nurturing family environment for Puerto Vallarta girls and boys of all ages who are at risk.

Funds coming from the season's fundraising go straight to sustaining this incredible household of 45 children, especially through Puerto Vallarta's low season, when most of the foundation's donors and volunteers return home for the summer months.

Guests at the Picnic Under the Stars will be able to enjoy the sunset from the gorgeous terrace at Casa Karma, followed by entertainment provided by a variety of very talented youth groups from all over Puerto Vallarta singing, dancing and playing music.

In the spirit of 'youth helping youth,' one of the groups that will be playing is Puerto Vallarta's first and only youth-based jazz orchestra, "The Salty Paw Jazz Orchestra," who will take the stage at around 9:30 pm to entertain guests with 3 or 4 tunes in the style of a Big Band orchestra.

Corazón de Niña Foundation is a registered non-for-profit organization that provides a nurturing family environment for at-risk girls and boys of all ages. The organization has two homes, one for girls and one for boys, and is currently housing 23 girls 22 boys, 45 in total aged from 3 to 24 years old.
