Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Coco's Kitchen in Zona Romantica is a popular Puerto Vallarta restaurant known for its delicious food and beautiful location. This special dinner show with Vallarta's favorite songstress, Kim Kuzma, will take place in Coco's beautiful garden under the stars on Tuesday, April 11th.

Joining Kim will be Eduardo Leon, Fernando Huerta Gonzalez, Guicho Dominguez and Roberto Falcon from the band, Piel Canela. A fabulous four-course dinner begins at 6:00 pm with the show starting at 7:00 pm. Appetizers

• Mixed green salad with delicious crab cakes
• Cream of Zucchini soup

Main Course

• Mahi Mahi with a hazelnut crust, complimented with a Mango sauce

• A Pork Tenderloin filet stuffed with poblano chiles topped with a mushroom salsa

Dessert

• Chocolate crepes with mascarpone and red berries

Kim Kuzma, an award winning singer, songwriter and recording artist, arrived on the entertainment scene in Puerto Vallarta in 2005 and has returned every winter, to perform at various clubs and venues throughout the Banderas Bay area.

Kuzma has become a well-known part of the Puerto Vallarta music scene and has just finished her season of shows at The Palm Cabaret in Old Town.

Kim and the band will present an intimate, acoustic sound with Eduardo playing a rumba style of guitar along with vocals. Roberto Falcon will be on bass and Fernando Hernandez on vocals and guitar.

With years of experienced performing together, these musicians deliver an extraordinary show. Kim credits the success of the band to the fact that each member is a talent in their own right. She believes that they all have something to add to the mix.
