Cajititlán, Jalisco, Mexico - The Guadalajara metropolitan area will be filled with color from May 5 to 7, as Taurus Promotion presents the "GDL AIR 2017" International Hot Air Balloon Festival at the El Atorón Ranch in Cajititlán, Jalisco.
Featuring more than 45 hot air balloons, including 8 special designs and 2 unique dirigibles coming from different countries, the event aims to bring high quality entertainment to families in Guadalajara and surrounding areas.
During the 3-day festival there will also be fun and enriching competitions, cultural activities, and a variety of other diversions that will make the days pass in a pleasant and enjoyable way. The nights are magical, and an essential part of "GDL AIR 2017," when the music, the lights and the pyrotechnics are the stars of the show.
The cost of admission per day is 100 pesos per person and there is a (bring your own tent) camping area at the ranch that costs 250 pesos per person, per night. Tickets may be purchased online through iTickets.com.mx via THIS LINK on the festival's website.
This first edition of the "Festival Internacional del Globo GDL AIR 2017" is organized by the Jalisco Secretariat of Tourism, the Guadalajara Visitors & Conventions Bureau and Taurus Promotion, with the sponsorship of various companies. The economic outlay is expected to be more than 20 million pesos.
