Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - One of the best things about Summertime in Puerto Vallarta is the return of Daiquiri Dick's Summer Sizzle Menu. From June through August this popular beachside restaurant will once again be offering diners a choice of three delectable courses (appetizer, entrée and dessert) for just $399 pesos per person.

Daiquiri Dick's Restaurant is known for its international cuisine and, for the first Summer Sizzle Menu of the season, Executive Chef Ignacio Uribe, Chef de Cuisine Hugo Mejia and Sous Chef Rogelio Garcia have created a spectacular array of creative dishes that will be served, along with the regular menu, from 5:00 to 10:30 pm through June 15th.

• Charred Asparagus with Citrus Bagna Cauda and toasted almonds
• Cantaloupe and Cucumber Salad with champagne vinaigrette
• Carrot and Leek Soup scented with cardamom pods and curry

Entrées

• Thick Cut Pork Chops with three-chili Harissa, served with carrot pure and veggies

• Penne Rigate with Shrimp in a light tomato sauce with raisins, cauliflower, ginger and honey

• Broiled Red Snapper with Za’atar Green Sauce, served over chickpea hummus with green beans and carrots

Desserts

• Indian Sweet Rice with dried figs and pine nuts
• Baklava

The restaurant's tropical location on Los Muertos Beach offers the perfect atmosphere for enjoying light fare, cold drinks and cool breezes during the hot summer season, and the Summer Sizzle keeps the menu interesting.
