Let Daiquiri Dick's Do the Cooking This Summer

It's too hot to cook, so head over to Daiquiri Dick's beachside restaurant, where you can choose three delectable courses (appetizer, entrée and dessert) from their Summer Sizzle menu for just $399 pesos.

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Baby, it's HOT outside! Too hot to even THINK about cooking, much less spending hours standing over a steamy stove. Fortunately, the chefs at Daiquiri Dick's Restaurant are once again serving up their Summer Sizzle menus, which offer hot deals on gourmet meals.

From June through August this popular beachside restaurant is offering diners several delectable choices for each of the three courses (appetizer, entrée and dessert) on the Summer Sizzle menu for just $399 pesos per person.

Executive Chef Ignacio Uribe, Chef de Cuisine Hugo Mejia and Sous Chef Rogelio Garcia have developed so many internationally inspired dishes that they're changing the Summer Sizzle menu every two weeks!

Here's a look at the June 16-30, 2017 Summer Sizzle Menu, which is served, along with the regular dinner menu, from 5:00 to 10:30 pm:

Appetizers

• Tuna Tartare Basket with citrus soy sauce, fresh cilantro root, and jicama
• Pink Grapefruit Salad with Shrimp, toasted coconut, peanuts, roasted chili coconut sauce
• Salmon Cake with Kaffir lime and jicama slaw and a ginger-peanut vinaigrette

Entrées

• Thai BBQ Chicken served with jazmin rice and green papaya salad
• Spaghetti Tom Yum Koong with Shrimp, lemongrass and roasted chilis
• Pork Tenderloin in a Gochujang marinade, served with steamed rice and pickled ginger

Desserts

• Young Coconut Custard
• Deep Fried Banana in tempura with vanilla ice cream

The Summer Sizzle menu is not subject to any other discounts.

The restaurant's tropical location on Los Muertos Beach offers the perfect atmosphere for enjoying light fare, cold drinks and cool breezes during the hot summer season, and the Summer Sizzle keeps the menu interesting.
