Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - The internationally inspired menu at Daiquiri Dick's is adding even more flare by having a weekly special a la carte dinner menu in addition to their regular menu. Take your taste buds on a world tour and you don't even have to leave Puerto Vallarta to do it.

Every two weeks a new special dinner menu is featured and a variety of world flavors or a country or a region is highlighted. The current menu features World Flavors and runs from October 16 to 31, 2017.

Executive Chef Ignacio Uribe, Chef de Cuisine Hugo Mejia and Sous Chef Rogelio Garcia have created dishes with authentic flavors but with new twists.

This a la carte menu is featured along with the regular menu, and dinner is served from 5:00 to 11:00 pm.

• Green Gazpacho with cucumber, garlic, arugula, herbs and olive oil
• Mixed tomato salad with feta cheese, pistachios, parsley, olive oil & lemon vinaigrette
• Grilled octopus with potato wedges, paprika olives and olive oil

• Braised Chicken and Tomatoes with cinnamon sticks, arugula and fresh lemon juice
• Fried Whole Red Snapper with Tomatillo Sauce and served with rice
• Spaghetti with House made Chorizo, fresh Shrimp, garlic and cherry tomatoes

• Cheese Flan
• Lime Posset with lychees
