Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - The 2018 ExpoKids is set to be held at Puerto de Luna's Parota Park on May 12 & 13 from 3-9 pm. In addition to showcasing all of the latest children's products and services, this family-friendly event offers workshops, activities and spectacular shows that are sure to keep everyone entertained.
Now in its fifth year, this non-profit event was designed with children in mind. "ExpoKids is not for pretense or profit, it was designed to give local children an opportunity to play and learn. Through this family-friendly event we aim to plant the seeds that will blossom into a more participative community; to encourage kids to embrace art and culture, sports and a healthy lifestyle; to learn to love their neighbors and respect animals..." event organizer, Martha Dau, explained.
"ExpoKids is an effort born of the need we see for promoting education and cultural offerings for children in Puerto Vallarta; we are convinced that by exposing them to the arts through dynamic and creative workshops, we can sensitize our children and inspire them to be respectful citizens who are committed to the environment, our culture and our community," she added.
As a family event, ExpoKids will offer parents and their kids the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities and family dynamics. Visitors can learn about a wide variety of products and services for the children and youth segment: clothing, services, events, entertainment, etc., by more than 15 exhibitors; watch Polynesian dance, Arabic dance and karate exhibitions; and enjoy circus performances by TAPO Productions and a spectacular show inspired by The Mask.
A fun foam party exclusively for the little ones will bring the festivities to a close each day. Admission is $100 pesos for children and $50 pesos for 2 adults. Food and beverages will be available for purchase next door at Food Park PV, the official sponsor of ExpoKids 2018.
Parota Park is located on Francisco Medina Ascencio Boulevard in the North Hotel Zone of Puerto Vallarta. For more information, visit expokidspv.com, or ExpoKidsPV on Facebook.
