Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico - Continuing in our mission to beautify Puerto Vallarta for the enjoyment of our residents and visitors, PV Garden Club is looking for volunteers to help weed and clean the flower beds in the Plaza de Armas so they'll look their best for next week's Centennial celebrations.
The more than 5,000 plants we planted in March are really doing great and we want the Plaza in pristine condition for this historic occasion. So, if you have some free time this Thursday, bring your gloves and join fellow Garden Club members and volunteers for this community project.
We will meet at front of Starbucks, beginning at 8:30 am. We will only need a couple of hours, so we should be finished by 11:00 am. If you've never volunteered before, this would be a nice and easy work day for most. We hope to see you there!
The Vallarta Garden Club supports not only a more beautiful, clean and verdant city, but is making it more attractive to tourism, thus creating a vibrant economy to support all the other great causes in Puerto Vallarta. Join us!
