Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - On Tuesday, December 4, 2018, La Leche Restaurant will host a gourmet dinner to benefit Asilo San Juan Diego, a non-profit senior citizen's home in Puerto Vallarta that has been serving the elderly members of our community since 2011.
Asilo San Juan Diego's mission is to improve the quality of life for senior citizens, offering solutions that allow them to continue in their process of personal and emotional development while generating a community culture based on respect, care and support through programs that encourage potential, allowing them to live self-sufficiently.
To sustain the operation and defray the expenses of specialized, paramedical and administrative personnel, Asilo San Juan Diego counts on the support of people who collaborate with their time and donations which, in this case, is prominent cultural luminary Nacho Cadena and his son Chef Alfonso Cadena of La Leche, who are cooking up a fabulous meal to benefit this worthy endeavor.
With the aim of offering a unique and emotional gastronomic experience, Chef Alfonso shops each morning and, based on the freshest ingredients he can find, creates a unique avant-garde menu daily, reflecting French and Mexican cuisine. As a result, you never know what will be on the menu from day to day, which builds anticipation prior to your visit. Surprising presentation, fabulous service and culinary artistry await at La Leche, recently named one of "the seven best restaurants in Mexico" by Quién Magazine.
Tickets to this gourmet dinner with a cause cost just $1300 pesos per person, and are available by calling Lolita Covarrubias at 044-322-292-1182, who will deliver them to your home or office.
La Leche is located at Francisco Medina Ascencio Km 2.5 in the North Hotel Zone of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico.
