La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Nayarit, Mexico - The Wagen Volks Club will showcase over 150 classic and newer, show-quality, Volkswagens at the Seventh Riviera Fest, a VW festival and exhibition at Marina Riviera Nayarit in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle on September 28 & 29, 2019.

The Riviera Nayarit Volkswagen Fest is an annual event for VW lovers who appreciate the originality of the VW Bug and enjoy the mutual pursuit of this hobby with family and friends. Endorsed by the National Association of Volkswagen Clubs of Mexico (ANCVM), this is a non-profit event held in order to showcase the cars of those enrolled in clubs with the same purpose - or anybody who owns one and wants to participate.

This year's Riviera Fest will showcase many variations of everyone's favorite car, from classic to modified, among them "combis" and the traditional Volkswagen bug, or "vocho" as it's known in Mexico, along with plenty of family fun at the Marina Riviera Nayarit.

The fun traditionally starts at 5:00 pm on Saturday, with a Volkswagen Parade that starts in Bucerías and ends at the Marina Riviera Nayarit in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, where the exhibition, contests, vendors and fair are held until 6:00 pm on Sunday.

Come check out some cars that have competed in national Volkswagen competitions, browse through the many different vendor stands selling VW souvenirs parts and accessories, and enjoy all kinds of food and drink, contests, live music, a kids' area with games and trampolines, and much more with other VW lovers - you'll be glad you did! Admission is free.
