 Trio, conveniently located a few blocks north of the Rio Cuale just east of the Puerto Vallarta Malecon, is an upscale continental restaurant featuring a constantly changing menu. Taking advantage of the variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, and fish that are abundant in this area of Mexico, the results provide a very memorable dining experience.
Offering international cuisine served by friendly and attentive waiters, Trio has been called a culinary gem, and one of Puerto Vallarta's favorite gourmet restaurants. Serving "food cooked with love," chef-owners Bernhard Guth and Ulf Henriksson personally see that every dish meets their exacting standards and that every guest is satisfied. A rooftop bar provides appetizers, drinks and stargazing. Open daily for Dinner from 6-11:30 pm; and lunch from 12-4pm during high season. Dress is resort casual, reservations are recommended and credit cards are accepted.

Our best meal in PV despite the complimentary shower. During a heavy downpour, a tarp hung over one open-air section of the restaurant filled with water and fell. We all had a good laugh, and the cooks presented us with complimentary shirts and desserts. Great place!Linda, Aspen Colorado |
