Luis Wulff Turns 50!

Puerto Vallarta - Entrepreneur and restranteur Luis Wulff [pictured here with siblings Lupe, Ana and Guillermo] recently celebrated his 50th birthday with a wonderful Fiesta in Red at his restaurant on Los Muertos Beach, El Dorado.

Luis’ sister Lupe was in charge of decorating the restaurant, using red gladiolas, balloons and centerpieces, as well as heart-shaped confetti, giving the restaurant a festive atmosphere for such an important occasion.

El Dorado Chef Guillermo “Memo” Wulff personally supervised the buffet, which featured a variety of delectable dishes provided by El Dorado, Los Xitomates, and both the downtown and Marina Las Palomas restaurants. Luis requested that guests make donations to the Down Syndrome Foundation in place of birthday presents, and with the help of Señoras Vicky Said and Olga Ongay de Sandoval from the Foundation, they collected nearly $30,000 pesos for this noble cause.

Attended by over 200 guests dressed in red, the celebration kicked off at 10 pm and was a festive and memorable event that included dinner, drinks and dancing to the beat of a drum band that made a surprise appearance and kept everyone dancing until the early hours of the morning.
