Casamagna Marriott Resort Receives Golden Apple Award

Puerto Vallarta - On September 13th, in an awards ceremony held in the city of Chicago Illinois, President of Apple Vacations John Mullen presented Richard Leon, a representative of the CasaMagna Marriott Puerto Vallarta Resort, with the "Golden Apple" award.
This is the 13th consecutive year that the renowned wholesale travel agency has recognized the high standards of quality and variety of guest services offered at the CasaMagna Marriott Puerto Vallarta. "Golden Apple" award recipients are chosen based on the qualifications obtained through client questionnaires and customer surveys, in which the hotel is evaluated on the quality of its products, installations and services.
Hotels that receive the highest qualifications on these surveys are recognized with the presentation of the "Golden Apple" - a prize that is only awarded to hotels and resorts with the highest standards of excellence and exceptional hotel operations. General Manager Dennis Whitelaw says the hotel received the award thanks to his team of employees.
He went on to say that the hotel staff does an excellent job of carrying out the hotel's commitment to excellence in service every single day, and as a result the resort has been receiving achievements and recognitions since the day it first opened its doors 15 years ago.
At the resort's 15 year anniversary celebration held last July, Whitelaw commented "For me, it is an honor to recognize the people who, through the years, have been so committed and professional. They have helped us achieve our goal of making sure that every Marriott guest leaves not only satisfied, but with their expectations exceeded."
CasaMagna Marriott Puerto Vallarta Resort has been awarded the Golden Apple award for 13 consecutive years. And again in 2005, the resort is proud to be one of the three hotels in Puerto Vallarta that have earned this distinguished recognition by Apple Vacations. |
