• Lobster Salad over Mahi-Mahi and Vegetable Carpaccio with capers and extra virgin olive oil
• Roasted Vegetables Cream Soup, perfumed with white truffle oil and Parmesan cheese croutons
• Salmon Filet with Champagne sauce
