The Barcelo La Jolla de Mismaloya Hotel Completes Beach Restoration

Puerto Vallarta - The Barcelo La Jolla de Mismaloya Hotel in Puerto Vallarta recently completed a major beach restoration program that includes the addition of 50 feet of additional beach. The new beach provides a large and pristine lounging area for guests, as well as an excellent walking area and view of the sunset. The beach restoration is part of an on-going program that is upgrading all of the hotel's amenities and services.
In recognition for its efforts to date the hotel has received the Five Star/Five Diamond award from the American Academy of Hospitality Services. The Barcelo La Jolla de Mismaloya Hotel now has the distinction of having the most quality certifications of any hotel in Puerto Vallarta area. The hotel also was certified by the International Organization of Standardization (ISO). The ISO is a is a global network that identifies what International Standards are required by business, government and society, and then develops them in partnership with each business sector. The five-star all-inclusive Barcelo La Jolla de Mismaloya Hotel features 304 luxurious suites with private terraces and spectacular ocean views.
