XIV Sidral Aga International Sports Classic

Every year since 1993, when the International Sports Classic became an annual tradition, sports teams from all over North and South America have been coming to Puerto Vallarta every May to compete in a variety of sporting events.
This year, the XIV Annual Puerto Vallarta Sidral Aga International Sports Classic is scheduled to take place from May 11th-13th, 2007 at the Hotel Sheraton Resort and Towers in Puerto Vallarta, the sports stadium, and resort tennis clubs all around town.
Promising a weekend full of fun for all ages, competitions and exhibition games range from basketball, soccer tournaments, a 5k fun run, and an aerobics marathon to tennis and disc golf.
More than 2,000 athletes are expected to participate, including National teams and professional athletes, along with Banderas Bay area school children and sports enthusiasts. But the most important participants are the people of Puerto Vallarta. Admission is free to all sporting events - and everyone is invited to come join and in the fun.
Competitions and activities are open to sports teams and individual athletes of all ages and skill levels - from professional to recreational. You can bring your own team or be added to one by the organizers, who'll place you according to competence.
