3rd Cruz Roja Nayarit Golf Tournament

It's that time again! The Third Annual Cruz Roja Nayarit Golf Tournament will take place at El Tigre Golf Club on October 27th, 2007. The tournament is open to men and women of all ages - but register early as there are only 120 openings.
El Tigre Golf Club has the honor to invite the first 120 people to participate in the third annual tournament "Cruz Roja Nayarit."

Eligible Players:
Men and/or women golfers are invited, with their respective handicaps.
Format:
Two-person best-ball with 50% of the handicap (handicap for each player)
Tee markers:
Men, white or blue tee markers (depending on handicap)
Women, red tee markers.
Tee Times:
The tournament will start with a 9:00 am shotgun.
Registration:

Rules:
Any ruling will be based on the USGA rules, adopted by the Mexican Golf Federation and the local rules. Any ruling or decision will be made by the club professional.
Awards:
Trophies will be given to best places. Awards will be given for closest-to-the-pin on par 3 and to the first Hole in One.
Playoffs:
The team with the lowest score will be the winner. In case of a tie, the team with the best back nine (10 through 18) score will be the winner. If the tie persists, the score of the last 6 holes will be added up (13 through 18), and finally the score from the last hole will be compared. If the tie persists, the same procedure will be followed with the front nine holes, being the 9th hole, the last hole.

El Club de Golf Tigre tiene el gusto de invitar a los primeros 120 jugadores a participar en el tercer torneo anual de la Cruz Roja Nayarit.

Participantes:
Todo golfista hombre o mujer con su respectivo hándicap.
Formato:
Mejor bola (best ball) por parejas al 50% de hándicap. (El porcentaje del hándicap es por jugador)
Marcas:
Hombres, marcas blancas o azúles (dependiendo el hándicap)
Mujeres, marcas rojas.
Horario:
El torneo dará inicio a las 9:00 Hrs. por escopetazo.

Reglamento:
El torneo estará regido por las reglas de la USGA adoptadas por la Federación Mexicana de Golf y las reglas locales del Club. Cualquier situación no contemplada será decidida por el profesional del club.
Premios:
Trofeos a los primeros lugares
Premios a los mejores o-yeses en los par tres y al primer hole in one.
Desempates:
El equipo con menor score será el ganador. En caso de prevalecer el empate, el equipo con la menor suma en los últimos 9 hoyos (10 al 18) será el ganador. Si subsistiera el empate, se sumarán los golpes de los últimos 6 hoyos (13 al 18), y si siguiera el empate los golpes de los últimos 3 hoyos (16 al 18), y por último se comparará el score del último hoyo. Si el empate persistiera se usará el mismo procedimiento con los primeros 9 hoyos de la misma tarjeta, siendo el hoyo 9 el último hoyo.
