Le Kliff's New Year's Eve party promises to be spectacular, offering a six course gourmet menu, music for dancing, and ringside seats for the midnight fireworks displays over Banderas Bay.

Mussels Cream with Pernod foam
Beef Tail stuffed Ravioli, fried poro and ratatouille
Guanabana Sorbet with lime
Rack of Lamb glazed in orange soy sauce, potato and toasted pistachio puree, baby carrots and truffle demi-glaze

Baked Sea Bass with yuzu gel, beet caviar, sunflower germ and mushrooms
