Much has been said about the paintings of Israel Zzepda - his paintings themselves have a lot to say! He has been painting since he was 15 years old and has turned out more than 500 pieces in 21 years.
Each piece reveals a fascinating insight into the mind of this perceptive man, and has been discussed at length by artistic minds of all persuasions.
But sculpting is a new thing for Israel, he has been creating 3D art only since last year. Each piece takes about three months to complete. He has four life size sculptures exhibited in Galleria Dante alongside his other art. Each has a thought provoking cynical twist.

And Israel's favourite; The Virgin, whose thoughts of passion have her tearing her clothes to reveal the winged hands of desire that already embrace her, and have left their marks all over her once white body. This piece sold to a Canadian woman for $10,000 USD.
