What Makes davannayoga Shala (School) Special?
Individual Asana Basis: At davannayoga Shala, we adjust the practice for the unique needs of each student. This is the traditional way of learning Asana, and requires a teacher be skilled in the art of assessment and adjustment. Also it requires the teacher to be intuitive to the needs of the students that enter the class and adjust the class for them offering many variations of skill and depth.
Classes Offered: All Classes are taught in English and Spanish
