The final Amigos de Bucerias Simply Speaking of the “season” will feature representatives from the 2 sea turtle preservation programs in the Bahia de Banderas.
The goal of the programs is to re-establish the sea turtle Mexican population, which is in danger of extinction.
Learn about the conservation activities carried out at the preserves from the volunteers and biologists of the turtle preserves.
The numbers associated with the conservation efforts may amaze you!
Even if you’re leaving town for the Summer, you’ll hear how you can participate in the turtle preservation program when you return this Fall.
Simply Speaking will be this Wednesday, April 9th, 7 p.m., at the Bucerias Bilingual Community Center.
