For the fifth consecutive year, some of the best restaurants in Puerto Vallarta are teaming up with the CasaMagna Marriott Resort and Spa and US Consular Kelly Trainor to raise money for a host of local charities at the International Altruism Festival.
Scheduled to be held in the beachfront garden at the Marriott CasaMagna Resort at 6 pm on Sunday, May 25th, this popular charitable event offers everyone the opportunity to learn more about the continuing and varying needs of some of our most important local charities, and how you can get involved.
The first annual Festival Internacional de Altruismo was held back in 2004, and every year the event just keeps getting bigger and better! Last year's event raised $30,175 pesos for each of the 20 participating charities, and organizers are hoping this year's event, which will support 4 new local charities, will be even more successful.
Keeping with tradition, in addition to the charity information booths, this year's festival will feature a wide range of activities ranging from live music and dance to cultural presentations and an extraordinary culinary demonstration by many of Puerto Vallarta's finest restaurants and food and beverage suppliers, including:

El próximo domingo 25 de Mayo a las 6 pm en el Jardín principal del Hotel CasaMagna Marriott Puerto Vallarta Resort & SPA seremos testigos una vez más de la solidaridad de la comunidad Vallartense, sin importar origen o nacionalidad este evento nos une por fin común Puerto Vallarta.
En 2004 iniciamos el 1º Festival Internacional de Altruismo, con éxitos superados a cada año, tanto en asistencia como en la recaudación de fondos; y como ya es tradición se reúnen los mejores restaurantes de la Bahía para organizar una muestra gastronómica de gran calidad con el objetivo de recaudar fondos que son donados íntegramente y en partes iguales a 24 asociaciones de beneficencia reconocidas en la Bahía.
