Dolores's Essence of Cuisine Cooking Classes
Dolores Brittingham's "Essence of Cuisine" are not just cooking classes - they are also fun parties that include all recipes, welcome cocktail-snacks, full 4-course meals and wine throughout the evening for just $550 pesos per class per person!

International Festival of Altruism
This just seems to get bigger and better each year! With 47 participating restaurants - with 100% of the funds going to 24 local charities - this is a cultural and gastronomic show not to be missed! I have plenty of tickets so please contact me - we deliver!

Many kind folks have offered to assist in some special projects over the summer, from preparing special binders of information for newly diagnosed breast cancer patients, to crocheting baby blankets for Regional Hospital to assisting in our new Patient Education Library - plus others!
