| Fountain, arches and film crew. | | Filmed in Mexico, including Puerto Vallarta, "Beverly Hills Chihuahua" will be shown on October 2nd at 7 pm at Cinemark Sala 5 in Plaza Caracol.
Cost is $50 pesos per person for this special showing. Tickets are available in advance at the Cinemark box office or may be purchased the night of the showing. The film will be released in October in the U.S. and Mexico. This special showing is courtesy of the Puerto Vallarta Film Festival, December 10-14.
The film is advertised as 50 percent adventure, 50 percent diversion and 100 percent Chihuahua. It was filmed here as "South of the Border." The title then was changed to "Beverly Hills Chihuahua." Depending on the editing of the film, some Puerto Vallarta extras may be seen in this movie as well as the scenic background here.
