Fund Raiser for Gib at Club Mañana

Gib Hauersperger has been serving tourists here as a gay concierge for years. Recently, Gib has had some very serious medical issues resulting in multiple surgeries.
The fundraiser will be held at Club Mañana on Wednesday October 22 from 6-9 pm. Manana's restaurant, Que Raro, will be putting out a very nice buffet and Frida will be supplying the wine. The suggested minimum donation for the event is $250 pesos.
There will be a cash bar for those who desire but the food, wine and soft drinks are included. Alec Mapa, the famous gay comedian and star of Ugly Betty and Desperate Housewives will perform.
There will also be a silent auction. Neither Club Mañana, Frida nor Mr. Mapa will be accepting any of the funds - 100% of the proceeds goes to Gib's medical bills. |
