2nd Annual Bucerias Party with a Purpose

The 2nd Annual Bucerias Party with a Purpose, a social gathering/information fair/fundraiser is scheduled for Thursday, December 11th, from 6 to 9 pm.
There will be live musical entertainment, food samples from many of Bucerias' most popular restaurants, soda, beer and wine, a raffle for great prizes and of course, the opportunity to mingle with your friends and neighbors, some of whom you haven't seen all summer.
All of this for an entrance fee of $50 pesos, which includes your first drink free/gratis/on-the-house.
Seven Bucerias community service groups are sponsoring the event and will benefit from the proceeds. They are:
• Amigos de Bucerias
• Beta Sigma Phi International Service Sorority
• Bucerias Bilingual Community Center
• Bucerias Children's Library
• Ron & Arlene Tackett's Bucerias Children Christmas Program
• Mujeres Unidas por Bahia de Banderas
• PEACE
Last year's Party with a Purpose was a huge success with close to $14,000 raised for the 4 participating charities by the approximately 175 people who attended.
Please join us for this year's event, which will take place on Thursday, December 11th from 6-9 pm in the fiesta yard behind the Lonely Sock Lavanderia in Bucerias (on the Hwy 200 lateral, southbound side at Javier Mina, at the traffic light.) For more information, call 298-2053.
