The Church at the Santa Barbara Theater, located at Olas Altas #531 on the south side of Puerto Vallarta, is sponsoring the First Annual Community Christmas Eve Candle Light Service on December 24th, 2008.
The doors will be opened at 5:10 pm for the 5:30 to 6:30 pm service. "The Christmas Story" will be shared through scripture and song and music will be provided by the QuesaDivas and Nick Salmans.
Donations will be accepted to buy books for the new Vallarta Bookmobile, operated by a group of local students and volunteers whose mission is to work internationally with organizations and individuals to help rural children in Mexico gain the much-needed access to books to spark the love of reading that could change their lives forever.
